Did you eat?

How often you used to get this question from your gal friend, sisters, mother or your lady manager? In my experience, I hear this question at least three times in a day, one each from my sisters or mother and one from my friend who steals my evenings through the cyber world. Some times if I get to meet my lady manager while at lunch time, she might also ask me the same question.

I used to wonder, why only gals or women ask you this question. I asked my friend. She is an angel and her answer was ‘See… you know, how concerned we are’.

I asked my sister the same question. She said, ‘Who else will ask you?’. He he he..she seems to be ignorant, every gal asks this question. Hmm this also means, they are concerned.

I asked one of my male friends. And his version is like this.
‘Hey buddy, they want to show that they are anxious and caring. Ofcoz they are concerned. And if any gal asks you do you eat, answer her no. Coz, she would be getting a topic to elaborate at least for 10 minutes. She would be contended on that she has expressed her affection . And you on other hand would get a chance to hear a sweet talk. And if the gal is your sister, mother or cousin, answer them straight with the truth’

Am convinced, this question is one of the strongest weapon in their armory

Even I have same kind of experience with my mum, sister and my girlfriend.

I agree with ur points. It's kind of love affection;

Whoever cares us they will ask first question, “Had breakfast?” “Had lunch?” “Had dinner?” “Had tea/coffee?”; These questions are comes from heart, not JLT (just like that).(r u agree with me?)

As per my experience only girls/woman only having these habits; 

One day my girlfriend asked me “Had my lunch?”.

“Yes! I had ur lunch”.

Then again she asked ‘what you had?”.

“I had curd rice”.

Suddenly she stated to scolding me and says “What your thinking, r u thinking ur still small kid or what? Only curd rice enough or what, first cut your call now and go have something more and then talk with me. If your not having now then don’t talk with me for a week.”

Then after sometimes(less than 2 min) she will call me back“Dai ! had my lunch or what? Olunga sollu da!(tell me true), Poi sollatha(don’t lies)”.(Infact I never said lies to her,bcz I truly loving her)

Some how I managed with “morning blues(lies)”.

Like this way our conversation goes long………………..long time…….

It’s really good one!(for me).

Its much more than just being concern.I doubt whether the gal would be able to eat if she knew some one she cared about had not eaten yet.

But you know if there was a scenario of mother/sister and the gal friend being together and asking the guy had he eaten. For certian I guarantee you the scene would change from being concerned for the guy to somethin else.

Gals can tell guys that if they dont eat,The gal will also not eat.I wonder whether even guys would use that dialougue.

Of course! why not?

guys also won't be having food; when the gals sitting very deep in guys heart.

Do you know that; I am being fast every friday, this also on behalf of my heart(glrfrnd).

When gals can do!why not guys!!(even we have same cute heart)

gals will expose their careness always at all the time; but boys won't be expose their love so eassy.....when they exposing love/careness on them it will be very very strong.

From Roschelle:
"Gals can tell guys that if they dont eat,The gal will also not eat.I wonder whether even guys would use that "dialougue"."

Please don't say its dialogue; the words would be coming from heart;it not just like that.

This ia a very nice observation buddy...but then i don't really think GFs(Girl Friends) use this topic to ellaborate if we say "NO".... it can be a way to dominate guys ...we guys have always an opportunity to ellaborate the topic by saying whatever they ate n all....experinced guys know it better JJ ....we should always say the truth to all....be it be our mother, sis or GF...
don't take me tooo seriously...just putting my point..
Njoy life !!

There is a reason why I made this post...

Few days back I made a call to my home...but vodafone has connected that call to some other person...It happened to be a gal. In fact that gal has called her boy friend..Unfortunately it got connected to my call...

The first question she asked was 'Hey Renjith...did u eat?'

I looked at my mobile...My mobile was showing my residence number...I realized something went wrong with the network...I tried to convice her that am not Renjith...vodafone has switched it wrongly...She said...she only had made the call..and there is no chance of it going wrong...her mobile was showing her beau's number...

I just kept silent...its a chance to get to hear sweet talk...all the time she was asking...whether i'd my dinner...finally she might've realized I am not her Renjith..She said a thousand sorries after that...

This question struck my mind after that...I kept on observing this while talking to gals...

Dont ever take it as a Sadistic remark..

I totally respect the emotion and feelings of the lovers...I also think these questions come from their heart...Be it from guy or the gal...

I think Roschelle was replying to my comments on the question...Am pretty sure that the word 'Dialog' is not intentionally used..

God bless all the lovers...
